• We are unable to make any manual adjustments to purchases that have been finalized. All orders will be processed and shipped as the order was originally place.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information, SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION LISTED IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION IS CORRECT.



  • Orders are generally received within 2-5 business days after the date the order has been fulfilled.
  • Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided listed under the customer’s account.
  • RIVALHYPE is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to mistyped or invalid shipping addresses.
  • RIVALHYPE is not responsible for orders that misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit with USPS. USPS is responsible for any of all mail packages that undergo through its delivery service.
  • Customers are responsible for postage and shipping fees for orders that need to be reshipped due to an invalid address.
  • Please allow 10 business days for orders to be shipped during holidays.


  • We do not offer refunds. Items purchased from RIVALHYPE may be returned for store credit.
  • All returns and exchanges must have a valid reason. (ie: Wrong size, product defect, wrong colorway, etc.)
  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the day shipment was received.
  • Items being returned or exchanged must have the original tags attached, must be unworn, and must be unwashed.
  • Accessories and stickers are all final sale.
  • You will be responsible got paying any postage or shipping fees on any returns and exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the shipping cost for the new item.
  •  Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the time you mail your return or exchange to be processed, depending on the volume of returns at that time.
  • Store credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card, in which it will be emailed to the email address provided.
  • Sale items are all sales final, including items purchased during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.


  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout and only one discount code per order.
  • If you fail to input your discount code during checkout, we are unable to manually adjust your order to apply your discount code.


  • All sale items are final sale and we do not accept any returns or exchanges on any sale items.
  • We are unable to price match items that were purchased before any active sales that are presently ongoing.
