Return Policy

Our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order and your experience with RIVALHYPE. Depending on the reason for your return and the condition of the product(s), there may be several options available to you.

All items must have their original tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed.

  • You are responsible for paying for shipping and postage costs on any returns and exchanges.
  • Returns are refunded through store credit only.
  • All accessories and sticker products are ALL SALES FINAL!
  • Sale items are only available for exchanges.
  • Store credit is issued in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase. Store credit gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be applied with a discount code.
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to file a return claim with customer service.
  • If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we can send you a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label in order for you to send back the item. As soon as we are able to confirm that the item is currently on track back to our facility, we will send out a replacement.
  • If the item(s) you’re trying to return was ordered more than 14 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
